Anyone into parkour? I'm excited G4 is showing it off in seattle.

I was really into the idea of getting into it about a year ago when I was actually working out and not being a lazy sack. Never tried though probably because I was afraid of injury. Pretty awesome stuff. I'm a little jelly of those guys.
On a side note I hate G4. Mainly because of Adam "Isuckballs" Sessler, but I used to watch it all the time when they had the Ninja Warrior marathons.
