I believe I have glyph of life tap. Pretty sure I won't need mats for it either, I have a ton of ink saved up off of milling herbs forever, but worst case it wouldn't take much to make it I'm sure I could scrounge it up.
As far as kill shot goes, I just have to get lucky doing Northerend Inscription Research (I can do one per day). It's not learnable through an inscription trainer. And I will make you whatever glyphs I can.
