Each person will start the raid with 1 need roll alloted to them. Each person will be in a group, where groups are by who is melee, who is tank, who is ranged dps, who is healing.
Most items are clearly meant for one of these groups, so if there are any grey area items, we can make exceptions for rolls.
Anyway, example time. An item drops that you want, so you need roll on it. If you win it, you use up the need roll. If you lose it you retain your need roll. When all of one group has used up their need rolls, that group's need rolls reset. Further, if no one wants to spend a need roll on an item, they will greed roll it (or shard it).
I'm doing this because I don't want to decide for people on what they should get. We're intelligent enough to know what we need for ourselves. I feel that this method is simple enough and has little room for drama. Feel free to comment.
EDIT: Also, if you're winning like a billion greed rolls over people, passing might make you seem like a nice guy.
Nah not really, you guys are just being tools by spamming pictures in the thread. But- its not a huge deal the ignore feature is pretty nifty if people really start to get that bothered by them.
my only beef with it is the kid identified as being jewish looks the least jewish of the three, to me, looks like 2 jews beating up a ginger, not a big deal.
